a. To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of files and documents.
b. To update and prepare payroll documents such as staff daily attendance, leaves and overtime records.
c Responsible in payroll matters
d To prepare DO and invoice to customer.
e To monitor Finished Goods Store activities.
f. To arrange delivery of sample to customer, postage and courier services.
g. To control inventory level of staff uniforms.
h To handle office general administrative and upkeep premise utilities/facilities such as electricity, water supply, security & safety, housekeeping and cleanliness etc.
i To assist in HR and employee's welfare related issues.
j. To supervise and responsible for subordinate duties
k To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
