This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, and handling office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement processes and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with company policies.
. Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
. Verify order confirmations, invoices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
. Obtain and review supplier quotations, assist in price negotiations and supplier selection.
