-Responsible organising for employee engagement activities as well as ensure smooth rollout, such as festival celebration, annual dinner and etc
-Coordinating internal training and other office events, ultilising resources to ensure successful implementation of event arrangements, for instance APAC regional employee trainings and etc.
-Responsible for administrative reception related work in the office building, such as front desk management and visitor check-in
-Responsible for VIP reception including but not limited to reception resource arrangements, reception venue setup, and end to end preparation.
-Ad hoc task assign by direct superior (event operations and etc)
Job Responsibility
-3+ years of relevant work experience within the FinTech or hospitality industry
