Job Summary
The Admin cum HR Assistant provides support in both administrative and human resources functions. This role assists with day-to-day operations including documentation, filing, employee support, and general office coordination
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Perform data entry tasks and assist in compiling data into reports and spreadsheets.
Manage and track office supply inventory; restock as needed.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems; scan and digitize documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and coordinate courier services.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials, and support room setup.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and general office maintenance.
