Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Serve as first point of contact for office queries (in person, email, phone).
  • Maintain office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and manage documents, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Support travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.

  • Assist with recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for staff and contractors.
