Job Descriptions:
Assist senior to attend to all incoming service enquiries, warranty enquiries and technical enquires
Assist in answering service phone calls and provide speedy response
Assist in customer care advisor team process and learn how to handle customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
Independent, self motivated, positive attitude and committed to achieve team goals
