Job Description
Location: Kajang, Selangor
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Internship Period: 4–6 months
Intake: Immediate
Job Scope:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation
- Support HR and operations team with basic coordination
- Prepare simple reports and follow up on tasks
- Assist in general office administration
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree students in Business Admin, HR, Management or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Organized, responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Able to commit for the full internship period
