Admin & Invoicing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare Invoice & Delivery Orders.
  • Tally & check documents.
  • Perform general data entry.
  • Knocking off payment in the system upon receiving.
  • Maintain Inventory.
  • Any Ad Hoc and supporting duties as and when assigned

Additional Information

  • 5.5 Day work week
  • Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
  • Sat 8am to 12pm
