Job Requirements
- We are looking for Admin
- Minimum SPM.
- Able to work independently and training provided.
- Able to meet deadlines with right sense of urgency.
- Possess basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to learn and committed to work.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
- General administrative duties and data entry
- Assist in documentation and maintain proper records for admin
- Answer incoming calls and determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel
