ADMIN/LEASING MANAGER
Job summary:
· Knowledgeable in designing and redecorating offices
Job responsibilities:
· Must be active in leasing vacant spaces.
· Must have experiences in administrative roles and assist managing office leasing contract and clients.
· Know how to supervise and maintenance office assets and resolving customer request complaints.
· Skilled in using tools and officer software.
Job qualifications:
· Graduated from college or university on related field.
· With minimum 2 years work experiences as administrative or assistant roles.
· With good communication skills: oral and written.
· Must be hardworking, willing to learn and adapt to changes.
· Willing to work in RIZAL AVE EXT GRACE PARK CALOOCAN CITY.
