Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
● Point person for operational information, announce / post new policies & memos, and
important updates from the Head Office, ensuring that all relevant staff are informed.
● Receive and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
● Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and office correspondence efficiently.
● Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
● Prepare weekly reports on overall Laguna branch operations to be submitted to the
Head Office
● Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment with the Head Office.
● Schedule appointments, and manage calendars for the branch.
● Coordinate transportation arrangements with drivers, employees, partners, or visitors,
and relay schedules, updates, and instructions to relevant parties.<...
