Job Purpose
Provide an accurate and efficient administrative service to the Manager and his / her Department. Perform telephonist, typing, filing and distribution of reports, letters, memos, meetings, organograms and electronic correspondence duties on behalf of the Manager. Provision and distribution of correspondence to relevant personnel.
Principal Accountabilities
Coordinate and obtain the cost approval for component repair.
Compiling of Department signing sheets and dispatching to HR – including leave, sick, acting, overtime and Admin 6.
Retrieve and capture the annual budget information and motivations thereof.
Load, update and verification of Labour Reporting.
Extract and generate documentation for management book and revised when required.
Control updating of personnel files of all staff in the Department.
