Job Description
ASJ IT Solutions OPC is a growing IT solutions startup based in Lucena City. We're looking for a reliable, independent Admin Officer who can handle internal operations and support basic company presence online.
This role is hands-on and suited for someone comfortable working in a startup, managing different responsibilities, and taking ownership of tasks.
Work setup
- Hybrid: occasional onsite in Lucena City and work from home
- Monday to Friday
- Output-based and flexible, as long as work is done properly
What you'll be doing
Compliance and government filings
- Prepare and file routine BIR tax forms
- Track deadlines and payment confirmations
- Process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN applications
- Coordinate with an external accountant when needed
Payroll and onboarding
- Compute payroll and statutory deductions
