Admin Officer (Admin, HR, and Accounting Support)
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Admin Officer to manage administrative operations while supporting HR, accounting, and government compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in business registration, government transactions, HR processes, and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process and manage SEC registration, BIR compliance, and business permit applications and renewals
-Coordinate and follow up with government agencies to ensure timely and accurate compliance
-Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative, legal, and company records
-Handle HR-related functions, including employee records management, onboarding and offboarding documentation, attendance monitoring, and coordination of payroll-related requirements
