Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and departments
- Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and office communications
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate office logistics, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Support basic HR and administration tasks such as onboarding assistance, and document collection
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external parties as required
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
