Job Description of an Admin/Secretary
- Provides clerical support to workplace solutions such as processing cash advances and requests for Payment, ordering supplies, maintaining/ filing records and purchase requests of equipment and parts.
- Maintains, organizes and keeps records and files/documents ensuring systematic process in storing, retrieving and disposing files.
- Monitors and conducts inspection/inventory of supplies.
- Coordinates with clients and suppliers for inquiry and purchase requests.
- Consolidates and requests for monthly office supplies and other needed materials.
- Provides assistance to the team by performing other assignments or duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
- Acts quickly and efficient on the request ensuring accuracy and quality of output.
