· Data Capturing
· Keep records and reports updated
· Daily filing to be done as per instruction
· Receiving/Sending courier parcel
· Sending and receiving emails
· Solve queries
· Receiving orders
· Follow up on Back Orders
· Follow up on orders to be received
· Gather quotations for stock required
· Submit Weekly/Monthly Reports
· Filing of account statements and invoices
· 3 monthly full inventory check
· Assistance to Procurement Department with admin duties
· Accommodation and traveling arrangements
· Liaise with staff in other departments
· Regular communication with relevant departments
· Any related ad-hoc duties
