Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job purpose

The Admin Officer serves as the administrative anchor for the Telok Blangah Centre. The role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of referrals, admissions, billing, reporting, and service operations, ensuring smooth centre functioning and freeing Social Workers to focus on direct clinical and casework responsibilities.

The role also provides frontline administrative support and is comfortable engaging seniors and caregivers as part of service delivery.

Key responsibilities 1. Administrative & Referral Management Referrals and Intake Coordination
  • Processing referrals
  • Updating BRIGHT status from assignment to discharge
  • Preparing CARES client profiles
  • Scheduling intake (Day Care) and Initial Assessment (Home Therapy) and providing brief system updates ...
