Job Description
Perform administration and order management functions.
Manage the creation of recurring monthly contract modules in CRM (Salesforce)
Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
Process the claims of jobs completed by the Project team.
Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance contracts.
Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the Sales team.
Work closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and follow up of JO creation activities.
Provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is an added advantage.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
