Job Description

The Admin Ops Exec plays a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring the integration and alignment of the office admin team and outlet stores. This position involves serving out administrative roles as part of office work and connecting with each outlet operationally. The role requires strong initiatives, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve both operational and sales goals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Internal Liaison for communication between Management, HQ Office & Outlets – working with outlet IC on planning and preparing team rosters to ensure adequate manpower for outlet shifts, monitor staff attendance, and other communications between office and outlets.
