Admin or Junior Account Executive

About the role

As a Junior Account Executive at ECO AMPLE SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to our small business clients. This full-time position is based in Balakong, Selangor, and will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our growing portfolio of SME customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Data Entry.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including accounts payable/receivable.
3. Providing administrative support, such as invoicing, data entry, and document management
4. Communicating with clients to address inquiries and resolve accounting-related issues
5. Collaborating with the accounting team to identify process improvements and implement best practices
