Admin Sales

About the role

This is a full-time Administrative Sales role based in Masai, Johor. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team at SPEED COOL AIRCOND TRADING/ENGINEERING SDN BHD, contributing to the company's sales operations and customer service efforts.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and customer enquiries
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
4. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their queries and concerns
5. Support the sales team in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
6. Participate in sales and marketing initiatives as needed
