Job Description

Position: Admin / Scheduler

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings for clients and team members.
  • Manage calendars and organize travel arrangements as required.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries through email and other communication channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Ensure that scheduling conflicts are resolved in a timely manner and keep all parties informed.
  • Maintain and update databases and relevant project management tools.
  • Provide general office support to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; experience in administration or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
