- At least 6 months of experience providing direct administrative support to senior management or executives
- Demonstrated proficiency in complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional, polished, and adaptable with a strong customer-service orientation
- Willing and able to work onsite in Quezon City
