Job Description
Responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures within the organization.
Office administration
- Monthly payment requisition for rental, utilities, services and related purchases.
- Timely replenishment and purchasing of Admin items.
- Sourcing, reviewing, selecting and registering of new vendors for Admin items.
- Timely renewal and application of business related licenses and permits.
- Timely arrangement of repair and maintenance for factory building, facilities, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Travel and accommodation booking.
- Review and submit related business expenses claim.
- Plan and submit budget for Admin Department.
Vehicle administration
