Job Description

Responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures within the organization.

Office administration

  • Monthly payment requisition for rental, utilities, services and related purchases.
  • Timely replenishment and purchasing of Admin items.
  • Sourcing, reviewing, selecting and registering of new vendors for Admin items.
  • Timely renewal and application of business related licenses and permits.
  • Timely arrangement of repair and maintenance for factory building, facilities, hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Travel and accommodation booking.
  • Review and submit related business expenses claim.
  • Plan and submit budget for Admin Department.

Vehicle administration

  • Timely renewal of Company vehicle's insurance and road tax.
