Job Specific Competencies

  • Completed or a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business/Office Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in Administrative and HR.
  • Able to multi task and can handle multiple deliverables
  • Exceptional observational, human relation skill, and communication skill

GA

  • PMO coordination of compliance to building regulations and requirements.
  • Handling of requirements involving the partners and suppliers of the HRGA.
  • Third-party agency management.
  • Inventory and procurement of office items.
  • Perform other administrative related tasks
