Key Responsibilities
• Process and organize all post-sales documents (contracts, invoices, permits, checklists)
• Coordinate installations between clients, technicians, suppliers, and head office
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports as required
• Track payments, collections, and required client submissions
• Maintain accurate records in the company system (CRM / operations tools)
• Handle basic client coordination and follow-ups after sales closure
• Manage office files, inventory logs, and branch documentation
• Ensure branch compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements
Requirements
• Experience in administrative, office support, or operations roles
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
