Job Description
- Organizing, maintaining, and archiving physical and electronic files.
- Answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff.
- Updating records, processing invoices, and preparing reports.
- Monitoring inventory, ordering office supplies, and ensuring equipment is maintained.
- Processing expense reports, managing petty cash, and supporting basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Human Resources, Office Management or other relevant field.
- At least 1 year experience as an HR and Admin Staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Can work under pressure
