Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admin Staff supports administrative tasks, procurement coordination, and documentation management. Ensures accurate records, smooth transactions, and effective communication across departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Organize contracts, memos, and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement tasks and supplier communication.
- Liaise with Accounting, Distribution, IT, and HR for operational support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred; fresh grads welcome).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales admin or procurement (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
