Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Internship experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role where you handled invoice processing or accounts payable is highly desirable.
  • Experience gained during an internship should include exposure to invoicing systems, cross-checking purchase orders, and maintaining financial records.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
