Responsible for active users support during UAT. Perform Software upgrades/install/configuration changes and maintenance. Actively monitor services and perform restart. Unix/Linux and scripting and troubleshooting skills is required. Adding users/groups, defining permissions/security, configuring authentication, creating libraries and database connections, as well as performing root cause analysis for troubleshooting problems. Proven analytical and problem solving techniques. Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide / SAS Data Integration Studio/SAS EMiner is much preferred.
