• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of investment scheme systems, policies and operational processes.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for system implementations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Support the management and training of temporary staff on investment operations and procedures.
• Assist with logistics coordination and meeting arrangements for operational initiatives.
• Process investment transfer cases and maintain accurate records in relevant systems including SharePoint and case management platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries related to investment schemes and services via phone, correspondence, and various channels.
• Compile periodic statistics and reports to support operational decision-making.
