Location: Wierdapark, Centurion
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC
Established shopfitting and maintenance company seeking a strong Admin Supervisor / Manager (2IC to management) to support daily operations. This is a primarily office-based role focused on administration, quotations, coordination, and team support.

- Prepare and manage client quotations
- Oversee general office administration and coordination
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and job schedules
- Invoicing and basic finance administration on SAGE
- Liaising with clients and service providers
- Tracking jobs, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assist management with operational coordination
- Provide supervision and support to admin staff when required
