Admin Support

Job Description:
To support the Performing Arts instructors in Singapore with -
School Scheduling- Tracking of Instructors Daily, Weekly, Monthly schedule (this includes emailing school admins and principals for updates)
Students' Evaluation - Data entry for certificates - Basic video editing of class and student videos and sorting them into correct folder (google drive) for each school and levels -
Replying of general enquiries on social media, emails and WhatsApp
To support the Philippines side with-
Assisting in accounting matters - Assisting in processing of invoicing
Assisting in BIR filing and other compensation and benefits related
Assisting in video recording for online content production
Job Requirement:-
Fluent in written and spoken English in a Professional and Customer Service oriented manner.
