Job Description

                    Provide personalized adherence counseling to clients undergoing ART, emphasizing the importance 
of consistent medication adherence. 
Address any concerns or questions clients may have regarding their treatment plan. 
Assist clients upon arrival at the clinic, guiding them through the entire appointment or consultation process. Up-to-date.(LTFU), transfer in/out procedures, initial consultations, follow-ups, and walk-in consultations. 
Ensure clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their clinic visit. 
Take vital signs of clients accurately, ensuring that all necessary health information is complete and 
Document and report any significant changes in vital signs to the appropriate healthcare professionals. 
Address and process various treatment concerns, including but not limited to Lost to Follow-Up 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatments.
