Job Responsibilities
- Make hotel reservations and issue payment to hotel
- Enter data into our software and maintain accommodation files
- Network with tour operator
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Plan schedule for guide transportation (when needed)
Requirement and Skills
- Must have work experience as a Tour Operator in hotel/ tourism industry
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Fluent in English
- Able to work with independently
