Job Description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation

-Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements

-Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable-

-Reconcile receipts and basic bank transactions

-Support payroll processing and vendor payments

  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
    -Ensures that all accounting reports are printed and filed properly.
    -Accurately and efficiently processing payments for invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and other creditors, and maintaining accurate financial records related to these transactions
    -2307 Filing of all Client deducted from collection.
    -PCF monitory and replenishments.
