Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in handling all matters related to firm's operational and business growth
Assist in preparing various marketing materials, customized proposals, and other documents
Provide full administrative support to the investment and operations teams
Assist in recruitment logistics and clerical support
Assist in fund operations including broker account opening, client onboarding, and fund subscriptions/redemptions
Supported the Compliance function, including periodical reporting and KYC/AML processes
Support in maintaining internal filing systems (both physical and electronic) in accordance with SFC record-keeping requirements
