Administration Manager - Dutton Automotive Buying Services

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and driven individual to join our automotive operations in Victoria, based in Richmond. You will report into the National Transactional Services Manager, with your role being the Administrator for the Private Buying Team in Victoria who purchase vehicles from the public. In this critically important role, you will be responsible for assisting with all required documentation from Buyers from the Private Buying Team making sure it is presented correctly and accurately before the vehicle acquisition is allowed to occur.

This role will see you;

• Assist with ensuring adherence to vehicle contract and acquisition rules within Private Buying Services
• Ensure all executed contracts of purchase are completed correctly and documentation is complete
• Deal with ad hoc queries from vehicle buyers
