Job Summary
The Administration, Operations & Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the company's daily administrative and operational activities, handling basic finance inflow and outflow records, assisting in client follow-ups, and managing external operational matters when required. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate both office-based and external tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Operations
• Handle daily administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and record management
• Support internal operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
• Assist management with general operational and administrative tasks
2. Finance Handling (Non-Accounting Role)
• Record daily financial inflows and outflows accurately
• Maintain payment, receipt, and basic financial records
