Key
Responsibilities 

  • To
    manage daily agendas including meetings schedules, appointments and
    calendars
  • To organize and coordinate meetings,
    conferences, and travel arrangements
  • To prepare
    and manage correspondence, reports and
    documents
  • To take notes and minutes preparation
    for weekly, monthly or quarterly meeting
  • To
    safe keeping of confidential documents
  • To
    record and manage submission of claims
  • To
    assist in other administrative tasks when
    required

Job
Requirement:

  • Candidate
    should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced
    Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field,
    Secretarial
  • Preferably at least 1 year of
    related working experience.
  • Preferably Office
    Administrator Cum Secretary specializing in Administrative /
    Clerical or equivalent.
