WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE /ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, accounting or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Computer skills
- Office software skills
Activities:
- Capture of service notes in the system.
- Follow up and sending of manifests, documents requested by customers (tax certificates, etc.).
- Customer billing
- Collection calls
- Revenue recording
- Expense allocation
- Accounts payable and receivable recording and tracking
- Integration of expenses for payment list
- Online purchase control
- Sending quotes to customers
- File management
- Updating permits and licenses
