Role Overview
We are looking for an Administrative and Operations Intern to support user onboarding, account management, and transaction-related administration. This role sits at the intersection of customer handling, documentation, and issue resolution. You will work closely with the COO to ensure users are onboarded correctly, records are accurate, and disputes or transaction issues are handled in an organised and professional manner.
This role is administrative in nature, with regular interaction with sellers and buyers. Prior exposure to e-commerce operations, sales support, or logistics environments is strongly preferred.
