About the Opportunity

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing, formatting, proofreading, and finalizing correspondence, reports, and financial documents
  • Support accounting processes by assisting with invoicing, work‑in‑process management, employee reimbursements, and tax return assembly and e‑filing
  • Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling and reception relief, and ensure accurate handling of sensitive materials in a fast‑paced office environment

About You

  • You have at least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment
  • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • You demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information while working independently and within a team

Pay Range

$28 - $32 per hour
