Job Description
Responsibilities:**
- **Spreadsheet Management:** Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate data for various projects and reports.
- **Data Entry:** Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in our databases and systems.
- **Bookkeeping Tasks:** Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including managing financial records and transactions.
- **QuickBooks Management:** Enter invoices, process payments, and manage accounts in QuickBooks.
- **Monthly Reconciliations:** Perform reconciliations at the end of each month to ensure accurate financial records.
- **Journal Entries:** Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
- **Meeting Attendance:** Attend and take notes during meetings, providing summaries and action items as required.
- **Communication:** Professionally communicate with employees, clients, and providers via email and phone, ensuring clear and timely responses.
