Administrative Assistant for TA Support

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment of teaching assistants and course instructors
• Verify compliance with collective agreements and policies
• Collect payroll documentation for processing
• Manage evaluation materials and inquiries
• Enter HR and payroll data into HRIS system
Requirements:
• Advanced College Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum two years of related administrative experience
• Experience with academic recruitment processes
