**About the role**:
**Main role**
To provide flexible and timely administrative support to the LATAM VO staff to ensure that all colleagues have the support required to fulfil their roles.
**Key responsibilities**
- Providing general **administration support **on tasks associated with activities in the team
- Organising **travel** and accommodation arrangements as required for the team, support the team on the global **expense process**:
- Providing effective **diary management** for the team and **organizing meetings**, both internal and external
- Preparing the **arrival of new comers** in the team, making sure they have all needed equipment in a timely manner
- Assisting with **team HR**:
- Managing team holiday/absences spreadsheet
- Collating training needs and coordinating training for team, in agreement with management
- Maintaining filing system for records (Jira Tempo, Orange Directory)
