Finance Support (Philippines)
Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
· Assist with preparation of the budget
· Establish and maintain supplier accounts
· Ensure data is entered into the system
· Monitors cash flow and all company receipts are balanced and kept accurate
· Assist with the annual audit
· Maintain financial files and records
o Assisting with preparation of Financial Statements
· Maintaining Cash Control
· Issue, code and authorize purchase orders
o Reconcile the accounts payable
· Reconcile the accounts receivable
· Reconcile deposits
· Manage distribution of utilities bills and collections of accounts
· Other duties that may be assigned by the Operations Manager – Philippines.
