Job Description
- Maintain and monitor company assets inventory, including tagging, tracking, and reporting
- Manage office and store supplies inventory, ensuring availability and proper documentation
- Handle purchase of company needs, including canvassing, purchase requests, and coordination with suppliers
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and files (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requirements
- Assist in processing administrative forms, requests, and reports
- Ensure proper safekeeping of company properties and records
Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as may be assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of any Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support work (fresh graduates may apply)
