Key Accountabilities
Interacting with and managing both internal and external stakeholders appropriately, ensuring high level of service is consistently provided.
Supporting multiple internal processes within the scope of the team.
Handling requests and queries appropriately.
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Making travel arrangements and administering travel portal.
Responsible for processing financial operations as well as for financial reporting.
Running a variety reports and keeping track of workload.
Playing an active and leading role in various projects undertaken by the team.
Training junior team members and working with the team leader on key deliverables.
Skills & Experience
